Nadia DOMEC - CHAIRMAN
For over 30 years, this pioneering women-in-tech entrepreneur has been at the forefront of electronic banking and billing solutions for retail merchants. She began her career as a development engineer at Ingenico, a payment terminal manufacturer, and went on to lead the e-commerce and mobile payment department at GIE Cartes Banking. Her extensive experience in technology has enabled her to make significant contributions to the industry.
Igor LEAO – DIRECTOR
Igor Leão, co-founder with Nadia of our company, is a Brazilian with a deep passion for the world of crypto assets. After completing his Master’s degree in Management and International Commerce at the University of Paris XII, Igor decided to create a YouTube channel to educate his community on the importance of understanding how the crypto universe works. Through his channel, he has been able to spread awareness about the potential of cryptocurrencies and their impact on the global economy.
Noémie LEAO – CHIEF OF STAFF
Noémie is a crypto enthusiast. Recognizing the potential of the project during a meeting with Nadia, Noémie joined the team as the Chief of Staff, responsible for leading the development of Payinnov Brazil’s international presence. In this role, Noémie will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating international relations, and promoting our PAYINNOV PROTOCOL to a global audience. With her passion for building strong relationships, Noémie will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our international expansion.
Philippe BLOT – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Philippe is a seasoned professional, entrepreneur, and inventor with over 25 years of experience. His unwavering commitment to innovation is at the heart of his success, and he is dedicated to delivering the best possible products and assembling top-notch teams. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Payinnov, Philippe previously financed several projects in Europe and Asia, totaling over 10 million dollars in funding. His extensive expertise and leadership make him a valuable asset to our Brazilian team.
